Coyoacán, one of the first neighborhoods in Mexico City, located in the South, is considered a bohemian and magical place full of stories, legends and culture. Among its beautiful cobbled streets, gardens, churches, coffee shops, markets, museums and various architectural works of the colonial era you will find an enormous influence of painters, writers, artists and sculptors. Just get lost and wander throughout the streets and travel in time, you won’t regret it.

Espacio Escultórico UNAM
Espacio Escultórico is a unique place in Mexico City, located in the Cultural Center of the UNAM, it’s a place surrounded by nature and petrified lava that contrasts with huge and colourful sculptures that reflects the aesthetic geometrism of six artists: Manuel Felguérez, Federico Silva, Sebastian, Hersúa, Helen Escobedo and Mathias Goeritz. This place is perfect for a picnic, to take pictures or just to run away for a little while from the stress, noise and traffic of the city. The entrance to this site of sculptural art and nature is completely free.
