Ten years ago, Dello Mano opened its doors to delighted Newstead locals and began serving Australia's best artisan brownies. To this day, each lovingly crafted batch contains little more than fine Belgian chocolate, fresh free-range eggs, honey from local rooftop hives and real butter. If that's not enticing enough, this cosy cafe is also licensed, with a short-and-sweet selection of craft beers, wines and signature choctails. Here’s to a decade of decadence.
