Tucked away in the basement of an old heritage-style church on upper Harrington street is a cosy little boxing gym that very few know about – one of Cape Town’s little best kept secrets if you will. In its former life, many fights were lost and won within these walls. Now, however, it is more a cross-training gym with boxing as one of its offerings. If you like the idea of a training session with no more than 6 people in your class, individual attention and personalised training regimes, this is the place for you. Start your day with a vigorous workout at either 6am or 7am.
