The wooden furniture, empty bottles in the windowpane and stuffed birds watching over the salon kind of makes you feel like being in a modern version of the wild wild west. But let’s get back to the cocktails. Mixed with the best spirits and freshly squeezed juice this is a cocktail experience you won’t find many other places in Copenhagen.
