Rosa Parks Circle is at the center of the downtown area. The location serves as a performance venue, skateboard kid hangout, and a place for community yoga or swing dancing classes. The city screens movies there in the summer and converts it to an ice skating rink in the winter. Other features include a fairly clean public restroom and a bike tune-up station.
