Fat Cat Creamery
Fat Cat started by making delicious homemade ice cream in the evenings and on the weekends in a shared commercial kitchen. They now have a fully operational ice cream heaven set right in the Heights. Creatively making ice cream with whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, egg yolks, and only the finest flavorings. Their milk and heavy cream come from Texas dairy farmers Mill-King Creamery in McGregor, Texas, and their eggs are delivered twice a week by Ole Dad Farms. Their good friends at The Barry Farm bring them figs, citrus, and other fresh ingredients they put in their ice cream. Fat Cat's ice cream pints and single-serve packages are made of leftover wheat straw and are compostable. They also use spoons made of environmentally friendly materials such as bio-plastics and cornstarch. Our advise to you is to double up on a scoop and waffle cone. What are you waiting for?
