Make Out is a vegetarian spot that’s new to the neighborhood. It’s in downtown Culver City, right across from the Culver Hotel. Matthew Kenney, plant based chef and cookbook author, is the owner of this hip eatery. When you combine MAtthew and KEnney you get “MAKE”. It’s catered to the takeaway lunch crowd, so that’s where the “OUT” comes in. Most of the menu is pre-made, but other salads and smoothies can be made to order. If you’re really trying to step your health game up, you can stop by on the weekend for some yoga. Namaste.
