What once was Muddscuckers Coffee Shop is now a waffle destination. Yes, you read that correctly: a waffle destination. The only thing more plentiful than the waffle choices is the number of different seating areas to choose from (the long banquette, tables in the side room, at the coffee bar, the long high table by the window). It's just close enough to the university that you'll be joined by lots of laptop users waring earbuds and if you're lucky you'll be able to eavesdrop on some emerging collegiate romances.
