Flushing, Queens is accessible by the 7 line, LIRR, or an array of local buses. It is one of the only places where you can taste a multitude of different Asian cuisines, catch a baseball game, sing karaoke and window shop with a bubble tea in tow. The neighborhood has changed drastically since the '90s with the influx of Asian immigrants—we just call it home. The only way to experience Flushing is by getting lost in it. We guarantee a tasty time!

Who else can make a spicy bowl of ramen and rice cakes with American cheese slices? Kimganae is a no frills restaurant that serves traditional Korean comfort food with a twist. The staff here are the friendliest bunch — attentive and funny. We highly recommend cheese on everything and combing through their wide selection of kimbap and dukbokki. There's typically a wait during lunch and dinner, but they try to fit people in as much as possible, don't mind being elbow to elbow with strangers, it's worth a try.
