Casa De Pico is a La Mesa staple. If one is looking for the festive nature and fun of Old Town San Diego, but without tourist crowds and better food, this is the place. Their delicious traditional Mexican cuisine (they make their own tortillas in-house) won’t disappoint. The traditional live Mariachi music is authentic and lighthearted. Overall Casa is a warm, open environment, lovely in-doors and out-doors. Be sure to sample their enchiladas and massive margaritas.
