Double Bay

Flanked by the beautiful blues of the Sydney Harbour, lush greenery and ever growing offers to eat, drink, shop and just have fun, this neighbourhood caters for everyone. From its heyday in the 80’s as the ‘fancy’ place to be, today Double Bay is coming back stronger than ever without losing its scale and its village feel. Did we mention all this is only 4km away from the city?!

This pub is definitely a Double Bay institution. Offering drinks and delicious but unpretentious food, it caters for all ages and tastes. Always changing their décor and keeping it fresh, this local place is the preferred hang out for business meetings, lunch with friends, drinks after work and dinner with the kids. If you are lucky enough to be around for Melbourne Cup this place is always pumping for the race that stops the nation. Lots of high heels, miniskirts and fascinators. Make sure you get there before the main race; things don’t look that pretty afterwards…
