Crown Heights
Peaceful brownstone lined streets juxtaposed to popular bustling avenues make Crown Heights a delight to visit and to live. While it hasn't always had the best reputation for some, the proud community and rich Caribbean and Hasidic culture shine through to delight and inspire you.

Owned and operated by local Crown Heights resident Chef Lev Gewirtzman, Mayfield is an absolute delight. With an expansive and creative New American menu that varies from season to season, you can find something interesting and adventurous, or safe and delicious very easily. If the decadent wine, cocktail, and food selection isn't quite your style you can easily grab an amazing burger or Cuban sandwich (my personal favorite) for a reasonable price, and wash it down with an ice-cold Labatt. The choice is up to you.
