Sunset Park
Located in South Brooklyn, Sunset Park is a hidden gem. Tucked between the ever popular, stroller-pushing Park Slope (and South Slope), and the "Brooklyn classic", Bay Ridge, Sunset Park is the middle child waiting to receive the attention it deserves. Sunset Park is family oriented. Filled with family-run businesses and a remarkable little park, this place is perfect for those who enjoy some quiet, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends. The park is always filled with people, even in the cooler months, and it is a perfect center point for this growing neighborhood. Travel down to Sunset Park for some delicious, authentic local food, great views of Manhattan, New Jersey, AND the Statue of Liberty, and a chance to explore a neighborhood that deserves more attention!

Tacos El Bronco should be THE reason you visit Sunset Park (if you needed only one). It's a simple, homestyle Mexican restaurant with a handful of food trucks dispersed throughout town. The restaurant offers an array of Mexican style cuisine, while the trucks specialize in tacos and birria (beef soup). These will most likely be the cheapest and most tasty, authentic tacos you will eat in New York. The trucks are open late nearest the main subway stations. Cash only!
