While officially designated the “Kinzie Industrial Corridor,” this swath of land extending west from Fulton Market is home to far more than industry and distribution. A broad range of businesses, artisans, craftspeople and educators call the neighborhood home, drawn by ample loft space, some spectacular food spots, and a bit of glorious parkland.
This little grocery store is a little gem in our fair neighborhood. It’s an independent, locally-owned grocer that carries organic and (you guessed it) local food. It’s small, intimate and often has delicious snacks to try as you shop. Know where your food comes from and who makes it, it’s important!
