This quiet 2.5-acre garden is only steps from the Chicago Bean, but it can easily go unseen. Tall evergreen hedges create a gentle barrier from the Michigan Avenue buzz. Once inside the hedges, a combination of wood platforms and stone pathways will guide you through and around the garden’s generous plant beds. Most if not all of the species found in Lurie are native to the region, so something is always in season. Think tall prairie grasses and echinacea bulbs.
