This neighborhood on the east side of 75 is one of many Dallas areas in transition. A mix of local establishments and a new wave of bars and restaurants make it a worthy hangout. Bordered by great residential areas and located just north of the downtown/uptown jumble; it comes off as wonderfully liveable. It will undoubtedly look vastly different in a years time but here's to hoping it retains its magic.

For almost 40 years it has been importing the colors and textures of Latin America. It may be overwhelming at first but as you study it all becomes magical. Honestly, I hope you stay long enough to immerse yourself in its beauty.
