Southside

Dublin’s south side is an increasingly good place to be as a creative, with a tight-knit design community that is incredibly welcoming. The streets are in a constant state of flux, with new restaurants and shops joining the classic historic charm that the city is steeped in. There’s nothing better than spending a Sunday wandering around the myriad of book stores before retiring to a cosy pub for the evening.

All encompassing fun times emporium, the Bernard Shaw has become a standard for which many others have tried to emulate. A laid back combination of art space, venue and outdoor area, it’s hard to find a spot so well equipped for any occasion. The icing on the cake is the Big Blue Bus, a double-decker bus that sits out back and dishes out delicious, affordable pizzas to have with your drinks. Top stuff.
