East End

The East End is where Houston was born, where her original immigrants settled, where her industry planted roots, and where babies boomed. Today it’s filled with people way cooler than you and places you’ve likely never been, and we like it that way: just the way it is, so stay the hell away.

The etymology of the name is very unclear, but feel free to invent your own. And you'll have time to because the burgers are the size of a toddlers head, and the line can sometimes reach to midtown (and that's like real far, y'all). If you can eat a Sparkleburger in one sitting, well...it's been really nice knowing you. This is a local's spot in all senses of the word phrase. You're on their turf. Be nice and make new friends; you might be there a while.
