Germantown has always remained beautifully in motion. From its nineteenth-century heyday as abattoir-laden “Butchertown” to a modern-day mecca for global cuisine and creativity, one of Nashville’s newly swelling hotspots is also its oldest pin on the map. Its foundation, where the town’s first settlers once stood. Germantown is the original heart of our city. And baby it’s still beatin’.

Belly ham pizza. He could’ve stopped there, but City House Chef Tandy Wilson is known, among other things, for his exquisite charcuterie—think paper-thin salami served with parmesan. To end each weekend right, starting at 5pm every Sunday, he goes off-menu for Sunday Supper: Everything’s family-style, no two weeks are the same.
