A must-see eye-catcher in an old grain warehouse at the industrial Maashaven harbour.
Traditionally, this neighborhood was seen as a bit secluded from the rest of the city because the river separated it. Nowadays, with good public transport connections and the famous Erasmus bridge, Rotterdam South is a divers and multicultural district where you can still catch a glimpse of the rich port history. It houses everything, from trendy bars to stunning architecture. Truly a rough diamond for those seeking the undiscovered.

This is a strange but significant story. This giant pinball machine can be seen at the quay of the Wilhelminaplein. If you climb the white staircase you get a good overview of it. Imaging the white staircase leading up the ball, if you would shoot it, it bumps back against the triangular yellow cabin. There you will find five silver disc shaped things where the ball can bounce through. Nobody knows exactly who created this pinball machine, and that’s what makes it particularly interesting.
