International District

Nestled between Pioneer Square and the Central District, the Chinatown-International District or "The I.D." (as locals say) is a richly historic neighborhood with gems both culinary and cultural around just about every corner. Its three distinct neighborhoods of Chinatown, Japantown and Little Saigon comprise the center of Seattle's Asian American community. While many only venture in on weekends for late-night karaoke or recovery dim sum, it has a ton to offer all week long if you're curious enough to find it.

Green Leaf is an I.D. mainstay for good reason: everything on the menu is delicious. If the vast selection seems daunting, we recommend one of the many vermicelli bowls. Its tucked-away location means less tourists, and more patrons serious about their Vietnamese food.
