A corner of the world
A taste of Portuguese food and culture.
Situated at the East of Shoreditch, Bethnal Green is a very multicultural neighbourhood where young professionals, Bangladeshi families and English working-class live together. It still has this very unpolished and rough flavour of the East End. Without being considered as trendy and often underrated, Bethnal Green keeps a very unpretentious, authentic and friendly atmosphere, while offering many quality pubs, bars, cafés and restaurants.

This is the place Bethnal Green needed for his young and creative population. Jonestown refurbished an empty corner of an old building into a colorful coffee shop where the locals quickly started hanging out. Good vibe, good music and a friendly staff, Jonestown is this kind of places that makes you happy. The coffee is excellent (Single origin coffee from Papua New Guinea) and their cakes are delicious. Many people come here to work during the day, enjoying the free wi-fi and great beverages.
