There aren't a lot of eateries out there able to boast specials as abominable as a "$4.20 Cool-Ranch-Dorito fried-mac-n-cheese taco with bacon, ranch, hot sauce, and Cheeto crumble" while also providing unique vegan options, but Taco Cat is next level.
