This traditionally Slavic neighborhood has a storied history, starting out as farmland before turning into the culturally diverse hotspot it is now. Home to both a waterfront of warehouses and close-knit family communities to the East, the area has seen a burst of new businesses and curious dwellers alike.

Located in the Southwest corner of Greenpoint, Diamond Bar is hard to miss with its bright yellow door. Inside this low-key watering hole you will find a beer list that is smaller and simpler – curated by the owner’s taste. With only a few inside tables and bar seats, this intimate bar is not your place to go out dancing. Instead patrons can play Shuffleboard, and if the patio is open rubber-ring quoits. There are only a few dishes to curb your hunger while drinking – meat & cheese plates, olives, and a variation of savory pies. However if you are looking for a low key place to grab drinks with some friends, chat, and even play some shuffleboard, we highly recommend heading through that bright yellow door.
