A former industrial hinterland located between the Mile End and Parc-Extension neighbourhoods, Mile-Ex is a thriving enclave of artists, small businesses, adventurous restaurateurs, as well as the city's more cutting-edge architecture and design studios. The area carries a raw authenticity that's hard to find in other parts of town.

The first "flux capacitor" beer draft line system in Canada is housed in this grand brewpub serving dozens of Quebec microbrews and ciders on tap. Harricana wows with it's modern interior design and the excellent food offerings. The kitchen offers lake walleye, grass fed steak, and oysters, going beyond the usual pub grub. In the summer - have a drink on their bleacher-terrace.
