The Theater Neighborhood
Aesthetics, Ecology, Efficiency
Aesthetics, Ecology, and Efficiency are all characteristics of a pavilion made out of Monterey Pine. With these words begins our journey inside a pavilion entirely of wood. The “Monterey Pine” as a choice that is ecological, aesthetic, renewable and high energy efficient. There are five themes that lead us towards the issue of attention to the Earth and tradition. We could tell you about the land and the food production of this vast South American country but we'd rather linger over a 48-meter-long table, a work by the artist [Osvaldo Peña](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECwaWGbTy5Y). Because love begins at the table. Ah… the project for the pavilion is by [Cristián Undurraga](http://www.archdaily.com/628291/cristian-undurraga-photographs-his-pavilion-for-chile-at-expo-milan), a talented Chilean architect!
