Pyrmont

Pyrmont has come a long way since it’s early days in Sydney’s history. It used to be a working class suburb and in the early 19th Century it was even considered a slum. Not anymore. It’s now a cultural hot spot full of fancy restaurants, creative agencies, awesome pubs and the Star – Sydney’s only casino… for now. Pyrmont is an old suburb that’s received a bit of a face-lift and it’s well worth a look around.

From the Gucci café in Rome to the back street bars of Sicily, Harris Miller is a blend of up market fashion and raw and rustic elements that create a beautiful place to relax, coffee in hand. Charismatic owner Chadwah has put his heart and soul into this place, hand picking and finessing everything on display. Within two seconds of meeting him you’ll realise he really cares about his customers. Try one of his signature deserts, but be warned, they’re not for the faint hearted.
