Pyrmont

Pyrmont has come a long way since it’s early days in Sydney’s history. It used to be a working class suburb and in the early 19th Century it was even considered a slum. Not anymore. It’s now a cultural hot spot full of fancy restaurants, creative agencies, awesome pubs and the Star – Sydney’s only casino… for now. Pyrmont is an old suburb that’s received a bit of a face-lift and it’s well worth a look around.

This is definitely the place to go if you’re serious about coffee. The owner, Phillip, knows a thing or two. He roasts his own beans to make a perfectly balanced espresso. Accompanied with a chilled sparkling water it’s heaven. Parchment Coffee Traders is a great little place to enjoy a quick coffee on the way to work, or a place to relax with friends over a damn fine brew.
