The city bills itself as the "Venice of America" but I don't know about all that. It is however, a pretty eclectic area with no shortage of sunshine or things to do. You can kayak through rich people's backyards, wander into a silent disco or find a coffee shop through a bookcase. What it lacks in mega-clubs & overpriced drinks, it makes up for with unique characters and some good vibes.

It's a real record shop. New Vinyl? They'll have it. Old Vinyl? They'll help you find it. You want a real concert ticket, that wasn't printed at home? They have those too. You can't help but appreciate the character of this little neighborhood gem. I went in for Frank Sinatra, but came out with Frank Ocean.
